The brief

One page, signed by both sides before any drawing started. It said what the work was for, what it could not be, and what it would cost in days.

What we made

Three directions in the first week, one finished route in the third. Every plate in this case study is a decision we kept.

What went wrong

We lost four days to a font licence and a week to an approval chain. Both are in the invoice, written plainly.
